The form below will only register you for the FIRMA NETWORKING MIXER event. SUPPORT PARTNERS can join their Associate Attendee counterparts at this event by either (1) paying a $100 entry fee per person or (2) signing up to sponsor the event. The form below will help you start the registration process for attending the FIRMA event. If you are interested in sponsoring the event, please click here.

FIRMA events are FREE for Associate Attendees and offer SUPPORT PARTNERS a unique opportunity to meet with industry colleagues, discuss solutions to a host of issues, and connect with risk and safety managers. The current upcoming events are listed below.

SUPPORT PARTNER event registrations are first come, first served and often fill up quickly. The cost for support partner registrations is $100 per registered support partner attendee. Because FIRMA removed the membership requirement for all attendees, FIRMA no longer requires annual membership dues in favor of a “per event” charge per support partner attendee. The first twenty (20) support partner registration requests received will be given priority.

Please complete the registration request form below. When the form is ready to submit, click “submit” at the bottom of the form and you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Should you have any questions about the form or the registration process, please send an e-mail with your question to the FIRMA Administrator at administrator@myfirma.org and allow 24 hours for a response. You will be contacted by the FIRMA Administrator to assist you with your $100 payment per attendee.
